01What is Consilaris?+
It is a system for running a law firm: a client and matter register, proceedings with instances and parties, procedural deadlines, invoices sent to KSeF, and team accounts and permissions.
02Who is the system for?+
Consilaris is designed for advocates and legal advisers, in sole practice and in firms where partners, lawyers, trainees and secretarial staff work on matters together.
03How does the system calculate procedural deadlines?+
From the date of service, in days, weeks or months, under Art. 111–115 of the Civil Code and Art. 165 of the Code of Civil Procedure. A deadline falling on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday moves to the next working day. A preclusive deadline entered by one person is approved by another.
04Are invoices sent to KSeF?+
Yes. The system creates the FA(3) file, validates it against the Ministry of Finance schema, sends it to KSeF and retrieves the KSeF number and UPO. It handles corrective invoices and offline modes with a QR code. The firm receives an email about any rejected invoice.
05Who in the firm sees which data?+
For each account, the firm's owner sets module permissions (edit, view or no access) and the scope of visible matters: all, own, team or selected. Changes to data and access are recorded in the activity log.
06How is the firm's data protected?+
Each firm's data is separated at the level of every database query. Passwords are stored using Argon2id, two-factor sign-in can be required from the whole team, and the connection is encrypted. We describe the details on the data security page.
07What is the Mivi assistant?+
Mivi summarises what has changed since your last visit and answers questions about deadlines and matters within your access scope. It is off by default. The firm's owner switches it on, and then each person does. It receives no names, PESEL or NIP numbers, addresses, case reference numbers or amounts.
08How much does the licence cost?+
The licence costs PLN 249 net a month for 2 accounts. Each further account costs from PLN 129 to PLN 59 a month. The more people, the lower the rate. All features are included; the add-ons are Mivi+ and file storage. The calculator is on the pricing page.
09How do I get started?+
Register your firm before the launch: you provide the tax number (NIP) and the entry number in the bar or chamber register, and we verify the entry. After the launch you use the full system for 90 days with no commitment, and registration does not require a payment card. If you prefer to talk first, book a presentation on the contact page.
10Can I take my data with me?+
Yes, at any time. The firm's owner downloads a full export without asking us: all data in CSV files and all files. After the contract ends the firm has 30 days to export, and the data is deleted within 60 days.
11Can I move data over from another system?+
In the annual plan, data migration and team onboarding are included; we agree the scope before onboarding. Tell us which system the firm uses and what data you want to move.
12How is Consilaris related to ProKancelaria?+
ProKancelaria is the previous version of the product and a source of knowledge about users' needs. We are developing Consilaris under a new brand and on a new architecture.
13Does the system replace legal assessment or a lawyer's handling of a matter?+
No. Consilaris organises the firm's work and keeps track of deadlines. It does not replace legal knowledge or professional decisions.
