HOW YOU PAY
Clear rules for payment and cancellation.
Before you start the subscription you know how you will pay, for which period and how much the first payment will be. An example of the calculation is alongside.
PERIODPAYMENTCANCELLATION
- What you pay with
- By card, including Apple Pay or Google Pay, through the Stripe payment provider. With your first payment you agree to recurring charges. You change your card in the Licence tab in the system.
- For which period
- Monthly or annually, always in advance. A year costs 15% less and includes data migration and team onboarding.
- When the first payment is taken
- When you start the subscription, at the latest 90 days after the verification of the law firm's account is confirmed. It covers the days to the end of the current month; from the first day of the next month you pay in advance for the whole period.
- A new account or pack mid-period
- The additional charge covers only the time to the end of the current period. A smaller number of accounts and fewer file storage packs take effect from the next period.
- Contract and cancellation
- The contract is not for a fixed term. You cancel in the Licence tab or by messaging us. The next payment will not be taken, and the paid period runs to its end.
- When a payment fails
- The payment provider retries it automatically, and you receive a notification and can change your card. For 3 days from the start of the new period the system works without restrictions, then waits for payment. Your data stays where it is.

SCOPE OF THE LICENCE
The whole system in every licence. Add-ons only if you want them.
There are no editions or separately paid modules. The licence includes 25 GB of file storage for the firm and 5 GB per account. You switch on Mivi+ and extra storage packs in the Licence tab.

Extended Mivi assistant: a higher limit, longer conversations with memory, work on documents and questions across all modules.
Document drafts: a letter to the client on the status of the matter, an internal matter note for the team and a summary of the previous month. Drafts for a matter use only the fields of the matter, its proceedings, deadlines and time, with no client or party data.
During the trial it works at no charge. After the trial you switch it on in the Licence tab whenever you want.

For 90 days you use all the features with no commitment. Registration does not require a payment card.
