MATTER WORKFLOW

From the first contact to the invoice in KSeF.

Consilaris does not change the way your firm works. It puts it in order: the client, proceedings, deadline and invoice stay with the matter they concern.

FROMINITIAL CONTACTTOINVOICE

Initial contact

The client goes into the register. From the NIP or KRS number the system suggests registry data, and duplicate blocking ensures that no client is created twice.

Taking on a matter

The matter is given a number, type, status, lead lawyer and relationship partner. From that point on it is the reference point for proceedings, deadlines and invoices.

Team and access

You assign lawyers, trainees and assistants to the matter. Only people with the appropriate access scope can see it.

Proceedings

A contentious matter has proceedings and instances: court or authority, division, case reference number, judge, parties and their representatives.

Procedural deadlines

The system calculates the last day from the date of service. A second person approves preclusive deadlines, and reminders arrive in advance.

Invoice and KSeF

The invoice for the client and matter goes to KSeF; the KSeF number and UPO come back to the system.
