Price according to the price list
The fee depends on the Consilaris price list: the number of people whose work is managed in the app, the tiers and the discount for annual payment. Every subscription includes all features unless the price list expressly identifies a feature as charged separately. Prices are net, in PLN.
You see the amount before you pay
The applicable price list and the amount due are shown in the app before you confirm the payment. Terms agreed individually with a law firm take precedence over the price list.
Card and invoices
You pay by card, including via Apple Pay and Google Pay, through the payment operator Stripe. We issue an invoice for every payment, as a rule within 48 hours.
When a payment fails
The operator retries charging the card for about four weeks, and the administrator is notified of each failed attempt and can change the card.
Cancellation and price changes
You can cancel the subscription at any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. We notify you of price changes by email at least 30 days in advance.
